Key responsibilities & impact

Operate independently and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects
Combine frontline support responsibilities with project management and diagnostic troubleshooting tasks
Perform scrum master activities, managing, tracking, and owning necessary agile ceremonies
Think through challenges critically and use AI tools to resolve issues independently
Present findings and troubleshooting guidance to varied audiences
Plan, track, and coordinate project activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst
Proven client-facing experience and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
Experience working in the financial services sector, preferably capital markets and/or private equity
Solid foundation in core business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and UAT
Demonstrated ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and provide quick, actionable guidance
Project-management oriented mindset with experience in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Excel use for analysis and reporting
Intermediate SQL competency, including joins, aggregations, window functions, and dataset transformation
Practical experience with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and similar BA/support tools
Ability to manage and escalate issues effectively
Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery
Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
Advanced oral English
Advanced Spanish
