About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, enhance, and support business applications and database data flows supporting sales, distribution, and inventory operations
Work alongside business analysts and technical leads to build custom Power Apps for specific operational needs
Automate day-to-day operational workflows using Power Automate
Write complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure seamless data flow and integration across enterprise systems
Support end-to-end digital transformation projects for global leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of hands-on experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
Solid proficiency in SQL Server / Azure SQL, including T-SQL, stored procedures, joins, and schema design
Experience with relational data modeling, Microsoft Dataverse, and API/Data Gateway integrations
Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery
Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
Exposure to consumer goods, retail, or logistics processes is a strong plus
Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is desired
Advanced oral English
Advanced Spanish
