About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Facilitate Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices, including Agile Release Train (ART) and PI planning
- Coordinate ART activities and collaborate with other teams on successful program increments
- Ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe practices
- Drive continuous improvement and support delivery of business value
- Maintain and update team dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools
- Foster communication and working relationships with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and the Data Management Office
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress
- Work during US business hours to align with global teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience facilitating Agile delivery and leading core Scrum ceremonies
- Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including Agile Release Train (ART) and PI planning
- Experience maintaining and updating team dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools
- Ability to identify, escalate, and remove impediments to team progress
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and related management offices
- Ability and willingness to work US Central Time (CT) business hours
- Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery
- Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants
- Advanced Oral English
- Advanced Spanish
- Preferable location is Mexico
- Willingness to work US Shift: 8:00 am CT to 5:00 pm CT
