About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product management, architecture, engineering, and operations teams
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions aligned with product strategy
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules
Analyze enterprise business processes and define future-state business capabilities
Create functional specifications and process models
Participate in Agile delivery activities, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Analyze system interactions, interfaces, data flows, and platform dependencies in Microsoft Azure environments
Define requirements for AI-powered product features, including acceptance criteria for LLM, Copilot, and RAG solutions
Evaluate impacts of proposed changes across applications, APIs, integrations, processes, and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of Business Analyst experience within software product development environments
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong proven experience with Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story mapping
Working knowledge of SDLC, REST APIs, data modeling concepts, SQL, and enterprise application architectures
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and Visio or Miro
Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI governance
Advanced oral English
Advanced Spanish
Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery
CBAP or PMI-PBA certification desired
SAFe POPM or SAFe Agilist certification desired
Experience with Power BI desired
Experience within enterprise SaaS or cloud-native product organizations desired
Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants desired
