About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support customers with production Robotic Process Automation solutions built in UiPath
- Act as liaison between the user community and technical applications development staff, including offshore teams
- Resolve system problems and troubleshoot or triage issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and execute corrective actions
- Act as system administrator of the RPA system
- Ensure standards compliance and institutionalize automation best practices
- Conduct automation code and process reviews
- Identify business process automation requirements and support solution creation
- Generate reports and perform data analysis
- Write and maintain system documentation, business processes, training procedures, and SOPs
- Provide training and support directly to customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of overall IT experience
- At least 2 years of relevant, hands-on experience supporting RPA solutions using UiPath
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification from a reputable university, preferably BE/MCA
- Basic experience with one or more scripting languages
- Basic experience with system administration
- Solid working knowledge of standard features/functions of one or more applications to field, analyze, and resolve customer issues
- Good command of MS Office tools (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Analytical ability to connect different data points and provide insights
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong planning, time management, and collaboration skills
- Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery
- Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
- Advanced oral English
- Advanced Spanish
