About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations
Support the rollout of Deltek VantagePoint CRM
Support integration of Deltek VantagePoint with the Microsoft 365 environment
Create AI-assisted marketing and proposal content
Run periodic AI training for the team
Support staff in their use of AI
Report to the Operations Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Three or more years working with AI tools, automation, or digital operations
Strong hands-on experience with Claude
Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n
Basic knowledge of application programming interfaces and webhooks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Portfolio link and a summary of the AI tools used
WordPress experience is a bonus
Experience with Deltek VantagePoint or similar CRM, project management, and accounting platforms is a bonus
Microsoft 365 experience, including SharePoint and OneDrive, is a bonus
Canva or Adobe experience is a bonus
Basic Python or scripting knowledge is a bonus
