About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Extract and organize information in spreadsheets
- File submissions through systems such as eproc, PROJUDI, PJe, e-SAJ, the Attorney Portal, and others
- Support the operational routines of the Legal Correspondence team, ensuring requests and deadlines are properly handled
- Review information and documents before filing submissions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law, in progress or completed
- Knowledge of electronic court systems
- Familiarity with eproc, PROJUDI, PJe, e-SAJ, and/or other electronic filing systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Agility and accountability in meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of Excel/spreadsheets
- Availability to work shifts starting between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and ending between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
