About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with the analysis of high-volume legal cases by reviewing relevant documents and information
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets to track cases and legal demands
- Assist with completing routine procedural deadlines under attorney supervision
- Analyze judgment calculations
- Analyze court decisions
- Support the preparation of calculations and updates to judgment amounts
- Compare calculations against those submitted by the judgment creditor to identify any overstatement in enforcement
- Assist with obtaining court-issued payment orders and release authorizations
- Complete administrative tasks in the client’s system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Law
- Experience with judgment enforcement and/or legal enforcement proceedings
- Knowledge of case analysis and interpretation of court decisions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with numbers
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with legal systems
