About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on service goals with and for at-risk or displaced youth up to 17 years old
  • Serve as a liaison between foster parents, staff, and the community team
  • Provide a safe environment while implementing behavioral and permanency goals
  • Coordinate schedules
  • Lead and train other staff
  • Provide crisis support
  • Coordinate administrative staff
  • Work collaboratively and independently
  • Work in the office in Vancouver, WA and up to 75 miles away in community and home settings when supporting staff
  • Work directly with youth when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years experience working directly with youth OR 2 years of social services education
  • Clear criminal history and successful background check
  • Currently have or obtain within 30 days of being hired a CPR/First Aid license
  • Current driver license, car, and car insurance
  • TB Test within 7 days of first day of employment, or prior to working on site, whichever comes first
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
