About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee residential and commercial projects involving fire, water, mold, and natural-disaster losses
  • Develop relationships to build and grow accounts
  • Manage projects from start to finish with an assigned Construction Superintendent
  • Manage contractors
  • Support and implement the Company’s Project Quality Planning and Control process
  • Liaise with clients and contacts to facilitate successful project execution
  • Attend client-initiated meetings and maintain client contact
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy
  • Monitor and control construction through administrative direction of the on-site Superintendent
  • Evaluate construction progress and team performance
  • Manage and report financial aspects of contracts
  • Identify potential legal problems and litigation and review them with the Branch Manager
  • Oversee project close-out
  • Represent the company in project meetings
  • Provide technical assistance and support to the project team
  • Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales and Marketing
  • Lead internal teams focused on continuous business improvement
  • Promote client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships
  • Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in restoration and construction
  • Experience with Xactimate
  • Prior disaster mitigation estimating experience
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel out of town
  • Pass background check and drug screen
  • In-person site inspections required
  • Position is NOT remote
