About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support projects related to sales processes, such as the development and implementation of new SAP solutions (CRM, ERP)
- Design and conduct tests for newly developed process and system solutions
- Prepare and follow up on workshops with interdisciplinary teams
- Create documentation for business processes and relevant system functionalities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Initial experience in sales processes, Customer Experience (CX), and IT solutions is an advantage
- Interest in project work involving a variety of tasks
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, SAP S/4HANA, and Signavio
- Good written and spoken English skills
