About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Immerse yourself in the business team you support and practice its work to understand processes, regulatory constraints, and daily pain points
Conduct user research through interviews, observation, and process analysis
Identify the highest-impact problems and independently manage a backlog based on expected business value
Translate needs into concise specifications and documented architecture decisions
Develop, test, and deploy solutions end to end
Maintain production-quality standards through code review, testing, monitoring, and documentation
Use coding agents such as Claude Code to increase velocity
Integrate AI into tools through automation, extraction, generation, and business agents
Define success criteria with business teams, measure adoption and impact, and iterate based on data and user feedback
Reuse existing Seyna platform components with Product & Engineering teams
Identify components that should be industrialized
Share AI-augmented build methods across the organization
Report directly to Guillaume, the CPTO
Work in two-week sprints from discovery through production

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full-stack development proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Experience working on AWS and GitHub
Ability to deliver production-quality code
Strong engineering rigor, including architecture, testing, code review, monitoring, and documentation
Daily experience using coding agents
Ability to integrate AI into useful products
User discovery skills, including interviewing, observation, and problem formulation
Ability to learn quickly and immerse yourself in unfamiliar business domains
Impact-oriented and data-driven approach
Ability to solve complex problems and engage technical and non-technical profiles without hierarchical authority
Full working proficiency in French
Professional English proficiency
Based in Paris or willing to relocate to Paris
Right to work in France
Bonus: experience writing specifications and prioritizing a backlog in a Product Manager role
