About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design and configuration of Controlling (CO) processes in SAP S/4HANA
- Contribute to production costing, intercompany pricing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Margin Analysis, and related topics
- Support data migration with the migration partner, including mapping, test runs, reconciliation, and validation
- Act as a point of contact for Controlling and Accounting questions, incidents, and enhancement requests after go-live
- Support closing processes
- Work on integrations with FI, MM, SD, and PP, including related e-invoicing topics
- Continuously optimize processes and contribute to further development of the SAP landscape
- Actively contribute to the implementation of the new S/4HANA system and support Controlling processes after go-live
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Controlling, or a comparable field, or completed commercial training with a strong IT focus
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP CO, gained through professional experience, a trainee program, or a comparable role
- Strong analytical thinking and interest in understanding root causes behind financial and operational data
- Proactive, committed, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Very good English skills; German is an advantage
- Ideally, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA projects or implementations
- Ideally, knowledge of Material Ledger and Actual Costing
- Ideally, knowledge of Cost Accounting and Margin Analysis
- Ideally, knowledge of Profit Center Accounting
- Ideally, knowledge of Universal Journal and closing processes
- Ideally, knowledge of Controlling processes in a manufacturing environment
