About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, Shakers, and the account manager
Understand the client’s business
Turn requests into clear assignments for the team
Anticipate risks
Ensure that agreed-upon work is delivered on time, within scope, and within the contracted hours
Manage clients and multiple workstreams simultaneously
Lead meetings with stakeholders ranging from analysts to directors
Do not perform technical deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in client service, Customer Success, or account management at a digital agency, consultancy, or technology company
Experience with e-commerce and an understanding of how an online store operation works
Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp is a plus)
Excellent written communication, with clear and concise emails and meeting minutes
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously
Comfortable leading meetings with multiple stakeholders, from analysts to directors
Availability to work remotely
Engagement under an independent contractor (PJ) arrangement
