About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate requirements and product goals into user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes for apps and web
- Build functional prototypes through vibe coding
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing
- Turn test results into concrete design decisions
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints with clients

- Collaborate in agile teams with developers, project managers, and clients
- Quickly adapt solutions based on new insights
- Depending on the project, take on UI design—from visual design through to final screens
- Contribute to design systems and consider accessibility
- Use AI tools in the design process and experiment with new ways of working
- As a Senior Designer, take UX ownership of entire projects and mentor junior colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of professional experience in UX or digital product design for the mid-level position; 5+ years for the senior position, preferably in an agency environment
- A portfolio that demonstrates your thought process from problem definition through research and concept development to tested results
- Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and working with design systems
- A strong eye for UI and the ability to design interfaces independently
- Proficiency with common AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, or similar
- Technical understanding of building apps and web applications
- Ability to implement prototypes independently through vibe coding
- Experience with agile ways of working and rapid iteration
- Experience with mobile apps (iOS, Android, Flutter) and responsive web applications
- Ability to justify design decisions to clients at executive level
- Curiosity about AI in the design process and a willingness to try new tools
- Excellent German skills
- Good English skills
