About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set the tone and vision for the organization, leading with compassion, respect, accountability and innovation
Organize, lead and participate in client meetings to ensure programs and services meet or exceed customer expectations
Lead a team of release of information specialists to achieve goals and objectives efficiently and profitably
Delegate tasks, make sound decisions quickly, and develop employees
Collaborate with regional counterparts to standardize optimal processes
Establish performance parameters and guidelines
Hire and retain talent, provide direction and accountability, coach and mentor employees, and manage performance
Provide daily onsite coverage when applicable and arrange backup coverage during PTO or out-of-office periods
Maintain time and attendance standards
Work with domestic and global partners to maintain turnaround time and quality standards for release of information
Maintain updated SOPs and ensure training completion
Hold weekly one-on-one calls with direct reports
Implement new clients and manage customized projects
Schedule and attend client calls and communicate with clients and Sharecare leadership
Review and follow up on daily report management
Prepare monthly portfolio presentations for senior leadership
Maintain process instructions and provide client-specific training
Partner with Solutions and IT to troubleshoot connectivity issues
Monitor daily tracking and address client delivery and quality concerns
Assist with annual budgeting and fiscal planning
Review and improve financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profits and margins
Cultivate client relationships and assess growth opportunities
Strengthen client relations, identify growth opportunities, develop new account relationships, and coordinate with Client Success to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain patient, employee and volunteer privacy and access information only on a need-to-know basis
Maintain current and annual HIPAA certification

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and prior experience, preferred
High proficiency in Microsoft products required, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while prioritizing and meeting deadlines
Superior communication skills
Outstanding customer service with strong negotiation skills
Detail oriented, with strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential materials and information professionally
Availability to travel as needed, potentially extensively and including overnight stays
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Physical ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. of materials
Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to effectively communicate
Eye/hand coordination, hearing and visual acuity necessary for day-to-day tasks
Maintain current and annual HIPAA certification
Comply with corporate integrity and security obligations
Report unethical, fraudulent or unlawful behavior or activity
