About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sell concrete coating solutions for garages, driveways, pool decks, patios, and commercial floors
- Meet with clients and manage client information, follow-ups, and requests
- Work independently and as part of an elite sales team
- Participate in training for the concrete coatings industry
- Work a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend earning availability
- Travel among multiple work locations in the Fort Myers, Florida area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Strong sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with garage floor coating products and installation processes is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and time management skills
- Willingness to be trained in the concrete coatings industry
- Must be highly motivated by money and a long-term career
- Must complete the written sales assessment and visual employee screening
