About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently develop solutions in Apex and Lightning Web Components
Test, deploy, and document your own solutions
Prepare Salesforce for APIs and AI applications, including integrations and a planned customer service voice bot
Contribute to solution designs
Conduct code, design, and architecture reviews
Establish best practices within the team
Work closely with team leadership and external developers
Gradually bring project work and Salesforce development expertise in-house

Requirements

What you’ll need

Approximately three years of hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and complex Flows, including APIs
Solid experience in DevOps and release management, particularly pipeline management
Initial knowledge of security and sharing
Understanding of incident, problem, and change management
Pragmatic collaboration with colleagues and external partners
Confident communication in German, the team's working language
ITIL certification is not required
Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are a plus, but not a prerequisite
