What you’ll need

Active California Bar membership
3+ years of plaintiff side employment litigation experience
Deposition experience required
Trial experience strongly preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases independently, lead strategy, and mentor junior attorneys
