About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Customer-focused problem solving while balancing operational priorities
  • Ability to communicate difficult information to customers while maintaining relationships
  • Bias to execution in ambiguous and obstacle-filled environments
  • First principles thinking
  • STEM background
