About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete three six-month placements across Heathrow
- Gain exposure to frontline operations and corporate functions
- Collaborate with colleagues and deliver projects in passenger services, operational planning, security, customer functions, solutions, strategy, data, process improvement, PMO, sustainability and related areas
- Develop leadership skills, commercial acumen and project management capabilities
- Contribute to Heathrow’s digital and data transformation agenda
- Complete a tailored placement to consolidate and refine skills
- Participate in structured learning and receive mentorship, buddy and senior sponsor support
- Build networks and contribute to Heathrow’s vision of becoming an extraordinary airport fit for the future
