Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead cross-sector partnerships across Team Heathrow, supply chain, national infrastructure, educators, skills hubs, local authorities and communities
  • Build inclusive talent pipelines for long-term growth
  • Align skills, education and employment activity with construction workforce needs analysis
  • Work with senior leaders across Heathrow and the wider construction/infrastructure supply chain
  • Develop future-focused initiatives, collaborations and partnerships expanding access to opportunity for young people
  • Design and deliver strategic stakeholder engagement to shape skills priorities within the Economic Development Framework
  • Create youth-specific consultation, including with young people with SEND
  • Analyse stakeholder feedback and labour market data
  • Update the Economic Development Framework and inform the Development Consent Order strategy
  • Embed measurable social value, inclusion and impact evaluation across skills partnerships
