About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide ongoing functional support to Business Central clients
- Independently complete implementation tasks and collaborate with the implementation team
- Plan individual calendars and coordinate client- and Crestwood-facing meetings and calls
- Serve as a Business Central ERP systems analyst for solution implementations and issue resolution
- Implement Business Central modules including Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, Jobs, and Project
- Manage end-to-end implementations from client introduction and kickoff through training, configuration, data migration, acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and go-live support
- Maintain weekly project documentation and time/expense entries for project management and invoicing
- Share product releases, new features, tips, support and bug resolutions, and implementation walkthroughs with team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software experience
- 7+ years of software implementation experience in various ERP software solutions
- Financials module experience is mandatory
- Obtain appropriate third-party certifications as deemed appropriate
- Become certified and expert on assigned software systems, including publisher-required certifications when necessary
- Continuously improve professional skills through books, seminars, and training sessions
