About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage multiple concurrent WMS and TMS implementation projects from kickoff through successful go-live
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Proactively manage dependencies, identify risks, and remove roadblocks
Ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation
Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and project discussions
Provide proactive communication on project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables
Set expectations and build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
Identify and escalate challenges early
Maintain project documentation, task tracking, and status reports
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and drive accountability
Develop contingency plans and balance competing priorities across multiple projects
Collaborate with Implementation Engineers, Product, and internal teams
Perform or coordinate system configuration, data setup, integrations, testing, and validation
Develop understanding of ShipHawk's WMS and TMS solutions and customer operations
Help troubleshoot implementation challenges by coordinating technical resources
Ensure customer readiness for go-live
Improve implementation processes, documentation, and customer experiences
Share best practices and lessons learned
Contribute to scalable implementation methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or customer-facing software delivery
Proven experience managing multiple complex customer implementation projects simultaneously
Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading customer-facing meetings
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of meeting deadlines and driving projects to completion
Comfortable working with technical concepts, software configurations, data workflows, and integrations
Self-starter mentality with a high level of accountability, initiative, and ownership
Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, or other supply chain technology preferred
Understanding of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, or logistics workflows preferred
Experience with APIs, EDI, system integrations, or data migration processes preferred
Familiarity with Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms preferred
Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment preferred
PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications preferred
