About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design user flows, wireframes, interfaces and prototypes
Turn complex workflows into simple product experiences
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers
Contribute to the Design System
Talk directly with users and participate in research and usability testing
Analyse qualitative feedback together with product usage data
Monitor product metrics on a daily and weekly basis
Understand and improve activation, adoption and engagement
Identify friction in existing experiences and propose improvements
Manage work through tools such as Jira
Review the experience before and after features go live
Progressively own the full design process from discovery to design, launch and adoption
Contribute to a global SaaS platform used by eCommerce and logistics teams
Collaborate with experienced Product Designers and Product Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Around 2 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design or similar
Strong knowledge of UX and UI fundamentals
Strong eye for hierarchy, spacing, typography, interaction and simplicity
Experience with Figma or similar product design tools
Experience with components and reusable patterns
Experience with responsive layouts
Experience with prototyping
Experience with design systems
Experience with developer handoff
Ability to move from user flow to wireframe to prototype to final UI
Basic knowledge of user research and usability testing
Curiosity about user behavior and willingness to talk directly with customers
Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly
Good written and spoken English
Experience with Lovable or similar vibe-coding / AI prototyping platforms is a strong plus
Experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools is a strong plus
Experience with Claude is a strong plus
Ability to use AI to explore product ideas, create prototypes or accelerate research is a strong plus
Basic understanding of how to turn a design concept into a working interactive experience
Experience with B2B SaaS is nice to have
Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar or FullStory is nice to have
Basic understanding of activation, conversion and feature adoption is nice to have
Experience working with a Design System is nice to have
Experience collaborating directly with developers is nice to have
Knowledge of eCommerce or operational software is nice to have
