About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications, workflows, and data products within the Palantir platform
Develop and optimize data pipelines, integrations, and transformation processes connecting ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, quality, supply chain, and other enterprise systems
Build scalable Ontology models, operational workflows, dashboards, and business applications within Palantir Foundry
Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders
Develop applications using Palantir's low-code and custom development frameworks
Support AI-enabled workflows utilizing Palantir AIP and advanced analytics
Create automated reporting, KPI dashboards, and operational performance monitoring solutions
Troubleshoot data quality, integrations, workflows, and application performance issues
Perform testing, validation, deployment, and documentation throughout the software development lifecycle
Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, visibility, and decision-making capabilities
Maintain data governance, security, and compliance standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives
Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership
Develop and maintain technical documentation, data models, and system architecture diagrams
Stay current on Palantir technologies, AI advancements, and enterprise analytics best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in software development, application development, data engineering, or enterprise systems development
2+ years of experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, or digital transformation initiatives
Experience developing integrations between enterprise applications and databases
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar programming languages
Experience building APIs and system integrations
Understanding of cloud-based architectures and enterprise application design
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance principles
Experience with Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to solution delivery
