About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the company's supply chain strategy to support business objectives and growth plans
- Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management
- Drive inventory planning and optimization efforts to maintain service levels while controlling costs
- Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to align production capacity with forecasted demand
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices
- Lead Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes and demand planning initiatives
- Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement opportunities across the supply chain
- Evaluate and leverage technology and systems to increase visibility, efficiency, and decision-making capability
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure business continuity
- Establish KPIs and reporting processes to monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing supply chain organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain or operations experience within the medical device industry
- Demonstrated success leading supply chain organizations in a growth-oriented environment
- Strong experience with SIOP, demand planning, supplier capacity planning, and inventory management
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements, cost savings, and performance enhancements
- Experience with ERP and planning systems
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities
