About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with in-house Designers and the Product Development team to bring styles to life
  • Create and manage tech packs, specifications, blocks and related product-development details
  • Maintain the PLM system (WFX), including uploading specifications and BOMs
  • Manage costings and colour ways
  • Track samples and fit sessions through the critical path
  • Source fabrics, trims and prints weekly
  • Recolour materials and prepare artwork for suppliers
  • Manage timelines and deliveries to ensure styles are ready for buy
  • Build supplier relationships and participate in monthly meetings
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication among stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years’ experience in a product-facing role within the fashion industry
  • Fabric-savvy and detail-obsessed; understand design intent and identify quality
  • Strong skills across Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and Google Sheets
  • Organised and adaptable
  • Comfortable managing time and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, honest and collaborative team approach
