About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects addressing global business and marketing questions

  • Use leading research platforms, AI technologies, modern insight techniques, and visualization technologies
  • Identify opportunities to improve research efficiency and impact
  • Stay current on market research and insights best practices, tools, and innovations
  • Develop presentations, reports, and summaries communicating findings
  • Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align insights with business priorities
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external research partners
  • Oversee project execution, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external research vendors, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure research quality, methodological rigor, and data integrity
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing research and consumer insights
  • Experience with B2B research
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior, preferences, and motivations
  • Knowledge of brand, communication, pricing, performance marketing, and satisfaction research
  • Experience with persona and journey mapping
  • Good proficiency with quantitative research and statistical analysis tools such as SPSS and R
  • Familiarity with qualitative research methods, including interviews, thematic analysis, and content analysis
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights to executive and non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong executive presence and influential communication style
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead through partnership and credibility
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
