Key responsibilities & impact

Guide customers and decision makers toward suitable Unified Communication & Collaboration technologies, platforms, and system architectures
Demonstrate how AI technologies can transform meetings, communication, and collaboration
Drive projects from requirements workshops through solution design to successful go-live
Build relationships with decision makers and influencers across business, politics, associations, and public institutions
Identify new markets and business opportunities and shape winning solutions
Maintain Salesforce CRM with customer activities, opportunity support, demos, workshops, trainings, and follow-ups
Manage relationships with the consultant community and support Shure’s inclusion in designs, specifications, and tenders
Engage end users, demonstrate Shure solutions, and act as a trusted technical partner
Deliver live demos, workshops, and technical briefings
Monitor market, technology, and regulatory trends and turn them into opportunities
Simplify complex technology for management and decision makers
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 5 years of work experience
Strong technical background with emphasis on AV, UC/IT, and integrated systems applications
Experience in pre-sales engineering, solution design, or technical consulting for AV or UC/IT solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building/networking skills
Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to analyze technical requirements and develop practical, scalable solution concepts
Confident dealing with technical contacts, management, and other decision makers
Understanding of current AI technologies and practical applications
Commitment to continuous learning and sharing technical knowledge
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, and remote collaboration tools
Willingness and ability to travel as required, nationally and internationally
Detail oriented, well-organized, and good time management skills
