About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity and technology programs
Ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives
Drive Agile delivery as a Scrum Master or Agile lead
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coach teams on Agile best practices
Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable delivery plans
Monitor program health through delivery metrics, risk management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting
Provide leadership with visibility into progress and key decisions
Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and roadblocks
Foster collaboration across technical and business teams
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on program requirements and organizational needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience managing large-scale technical programs or projects within enterprise environments
Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering or technology initiatives
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
Demonstrated success managing complex dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent project management certification
Experience delivering enterprise cybersecurity or information security programs
Familiarity with Application Security, Security Operations, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Privacy
Understanding of Secure SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling, Zero Trust, and regulatory compliance frameworks
Experience integrating security tooling and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Experience working within enterprise PMOs or large-scale program governance environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (nice to have)
