Key responsibilities & impact

Explore new product features, integrations, and agent capabilities as they emerge
Expand practical, creative, and unexpected AI use cases and share testing and learnings with the team
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to explore new workflows and applications
Turn discoveries into demos, tutorials, posts, and reusable resources
Share emerging AI capabilities, relevant developments, and informed user perspectives
Deepen conversations and relationships in Reddit threads, Discord channels, and other AI communities
Extend trust through useful contributions and firsthand product knowledge
Bring inventive users and compelling projects to the team’s attention
Connect users who could learn from or collaborate with one another
Build on shared experiments, demonstrations, challenges, and collaborative activities
Partner directly with the team building the consumer AI agent to support go-to-market growth and adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience testing product releases, finding unexpected use cases, and engaging others
Hands-on experience with AI agents or advanced AI platforms, including building tools, executing complex workflows, or automating tasks beyond conversational prompting
Portfolio of projects, demos, tutorials, workflows, or public contributions demonstrating product fluency and inventive applications
Experience building or actively contributing to an AI or technology community, with evidence of engagement with contributions
Ability to create clear, compelling content explaining capabilities and reproducing use cases
Experience identifying user needs, product limitations, and emerging behaviors and translating observations into actionable recommendations
Practical knowledge of agents, bots, integrations, or automation for community participation and reducing repetitive work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to independently prioritize work, test ideas, follow through on commitments, and adapt as product capabilities evolve
Direct experience as a power user of the product is strongly preferred
Deep experience with another frontier AI agent or platform is relevant
Existing examples, handles, profile or community links, and evidence of influence should be included when applicable
Formal community management title is not required
