  • Identify the community audience, member value proposition, and growth model
  • Build and scale a trusted home for highly engaged users
  • Develop ambassador, advocate, and power-user programs
  • Design and test engagement programs that deepen participation and long-term value
  • Create scalable programs and toolkits for member-led events and meetups
  • Partner with social, brand, and creative teams to amplify community-created content
  • Drive adoption in new markets through community-led outreach
  • Explore AI-enabled, personalized, and scalable community experiences
  • Partner with growth teams on referral and invite mechanics
  • Identify creators, advocates, and early adopters producing compelling content
  • Convert community participation into advocacy, referrals, and organic growth
  • Analyze community behavior, engagement, retention, and advocacy data
  • Feed user stories, use cases, and emerging behaviors to marketing and product teams
  • Test, learn, and scale community programs
  • Serve as the internal voice of the community for Product and Engineering
  • Translate user feedback, AI use cases, requests, and friction into actionable product insights
  • Identify unexpected product usage patterns and use cases
  • Build feedback loops between early adopters and product roadmap teams
  • Own community health metrics including activity, retention, sentiment, advocacy, and community-driven growth
  • Combine qualitative feedback with behavioral data to identify opportunities and emerging needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience across community, social, developer relations, creator programs, product advocacy, or related areas
  • Experience supporting at least one consumer technology product at meaningful scale
  • Demonstrated experience building an ambassador, advocate, creator, or superuser program from the ground up
  • Experience taking community programs from idea to launch, testing what works, and iterating quickly
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence and AI products
  • Experience scaling an online community through automation, community roles, governance, escalation paths, and scalable processes
  • Strong analytical instincts using community behavior, engagement data, and qualitative feedback
  • Ability to translate community insights into actionable recommendations for Product and Engineering
  • Strong writing skills and an authentic voice
  • Understanding of internet culture and human-centered communication
  • Comfort working in an early-stage, evolving environment
  • Track record of building trust in community experiences
  • Experience building community around AI, generative AI, emerging technology, or highly technical products strongly preferred
  • Ideally, experience engaging early adopters or technically curious users around rapidly evolving products
  • Direct experience with AI, generative AI, AI-powered consumer products, AI agents, or emerging technology communities is a nice-to-have
  • Experience launching or managing beta, early-access, or design-partner programs is a nice-to-have
  • Experience using AI, automation, or personalization to improve community engagement or operations is a nice-to-have
  • Experience building community internationally is a nice-to-have
  • Experience with creator-led or user-generated content ecosystems is a nice-to-have
