About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced Figma skills and strong visual design craft
  • Proven success leading digital product or interface design work from initial direction through final delivery
  • Experience working independently, setting direction for your own work, and driving projects forward with minimal oversight
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially when designing complex, information-rich layouts
  • Portfolio demonstrating hands-on design work, ideally including tables, dashboards, comparison views, or similar product experiences
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment
  • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a Sia office or approved coworking location
