About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and maintain front-end applications, data pipelines, and workflows using tools such as Palantir and AI platforms
- Develop and manage semantic layers, code repositories, and data transforms/displays
- Analyze data sources, flows, and timing
- Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and semantic models
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data products
- Apply data architecture principles, including modeling, lineage, governance, and optimization
- Contribute to version control, testing, and CI/CD best practices within the data ecosystem
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across systems
- Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and drive adoption of BI development best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience
- Relevant experience can substitute for the required educational qualifications; in the absence of a degree, 9 years of related experience is required
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
- Strong SQL skills and experience with complex queries and relational databases
- Extensive experience with ETL processes and data integration
- Understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts, including ETL and reporting tools
- Advanced experience with reporting tools, including Power BI
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
- Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally
- Occasional travel may be required
