About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and maintain SNC’s Integrated Program Management business systems
  • Support configuration, testing, and deployment of IPM software products
  • Understand end-user needs and deliver quality IPM solutions
  • Manage user- and role-based security and support users
  • Collaborate with application team members and users to ensure effective use of IPM solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-related issues
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on IPM software
  • Document processes, configurations, and changes
  • Work with program finance and scheduling teams and corporate and business area teams
  • May travel occasionally for training or meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or 6 years of related experience in the absence of a degree
  • 2+ years of experience in finance systems, project control, or a related field
  • Experience in Deltek Cobra and other similar Integrated Program Management software solutions
  • Strong facilitation skills addressing complex IT and business stakeholder concerns
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required for employment due to the security clearance requirement
  • Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of IPM software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel preferred
  • Ability to resolve advanced Cobra troubleshooting and administration requests preferred
  • Ability to document technical requirements and functional use of enterprise business applications, particularly Deltek Cobra, preferred
  • Foundational understanding of Program Management processes preferred
  • Familiarity with DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing policies, standards, and procedures preferred
  • Familiarity with GAAP and CAS preferred
  • Knowledge of program finance processes, procedures, and tools preferred
  • Current, active SECRET security clearance preferred
