About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer, maintain, and optimize SNC’s Integrated Program Management business systems
- Configure, test, deploy, and optimize IPM software products
- Address complex end-user needs and deliver high-quality IPM solutions
- Manage advanced user- and role-based security
- Collaborate with application team members and users to optimize IPM solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system-related issues
- Conduct advanced training sessions for end-users
- Document processes, configurations, and changes
- Mentor and guide junior analysts on best practices and problem resolution
- Support program finance and scheduling teams on a major Earned Value Management program
- Partner with corporate and business-area teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or 8 years of related experience in the absence of a degree
- 4+ years of experience in finance systems, project control, or a related field
- Relevant experience may substitute for the required educational qualifications
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience
- Experience in Deltek Cobra and/or similar Integrated Program Management software solutions
- Strong facilitation skills addressing complex IT and business stakeholder concerns
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required for active U.S. Security Clearance eligibility
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry preferred
- Advanced knowledge of IPM software and ERP systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, preferred
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred
- Ability to resolve advanced Cobra troubleshooting and administration requests preferred
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and process/tool changes preferred
- Competency documenting technical requirements and functional use of enterprise business applications preferred
- Familiarity with DoD, government contracting, public auditing, GAAP, and CAS preferred
- Knowledge of program finance processes, procedures, and tools preferred
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
- Strong hand/finger dexterity for computer tasks
- Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 20 pounds
- May require occasional travel for training or meetings
