Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the development and maintenance of software systems for aerospace applications.
Design, develop, and test AI tools and automations that solve business problems.
Understand business users' workflows and pain points.
Translate business requirements into working prototypes and iterate based on user feedback.
Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
Write and maintain code documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
0-2+ years of experience in software development.
Basic proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
Proficiency in Python or a similar scripting/application language used for AI and automation development.
Comfortable working directly with non-engineering business stakeholders.
Conceptual understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Familiarity working in multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
Hand/finger dexterity for coding and testing.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required U.S. government authorizations.
