  • Oversee major program milestones and potentially function in a project leadership role
  • Interact with senior personnel across organizations on significant technical matters
  • Serve as prime technical contact on programs and projects
  • Prepare detailed technical data, reports, and analyses
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to engineers, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree, or Master's degree plus 6 years of experience
  • Typically 8+ years of related experience
  • Current/active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship status required
  • Demonstrated expertise in one area of test engineering principles and practices (dynamics, thermal, measurement, HSI, SW Test, Integration, etc.)
  • Ability to work without appreciable direction with considerable latitude in determining technical objectives
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and guide early career engineers
  • Extensive technical expertise and working knowledge in Test Engineering job functions
  • Expertise with testing equipment, standards, and methodologies
  • Preferred: Proficiency with LabVIEW, MATLAB, or TestStand
  • Preferred: Experience with thermal chambers, vibration tables, and data acquisition systems
  • Preferred: Strong organizational, communication, leadership, collaboration, and technical ownership skills
