Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise business systems
Transform fragmented business systems into an integrated, end-to-end enterprise architecture
Define and execute application roadmaps aligned with corporate goals
Modernize global operations and champion end-to-end systems thinking across engineering, manufacturing, and finance
Oversee SAP S/4HANA, Siemens Teamcenter, NX, and MES platforms
Integrate ERP, PLM, and MES systems to improve productivity, traceability, compliance, and digital continuity
Meet defense-sector requirements including CMMC, ITAR, DFARS, and NIST 800-171
Architect enterprise integration frameworks using modern middleware
Maintain data consistency, scalability, and cybersecurity compliance
Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team
Foster collaboration across business units
Strengthen vendor relationships and deliver measurable performance improvements
Drive enterprise-wide transformation and change

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Engineering and manufacturing industry experience
Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, deployment, and operations
Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex projects
Ability to uphold and model company values and hold others accountable to values
Ability to build strategy and identify and implement execution steps for the enterprise applications organization
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
U.S. Citizenship required; position may require an active U.S. Security Clearance
Preferred: typically 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, with deep SAP S/4HANA expertise
Preferred: aerospace and defense industry experience
Preferred: large-scale ERP and PLM transformation experience, particularly in manufacturing or aerospace and defense
Preferred: turnaround leadership experience revitalizing underperforming systems and teams
Preferred: experience integrating SAP with PLM and MES ecosystems and building enterprise integration architectures
Preferred: familiarity with CMMC, ITAR, DFARS, and NIST 800-171
Preferred: Siemens Teamcenter and NX configuration, integration, and lifecycle management
Preferred: MES platforms such as Manufacturo, Apriso, Opcenter, or Solumina
Preferred: iPaaS and middleware solutions for ERP/PLM/MES integration
Preferred: Azure or hybrid cloud environments
Preferred: data governance, analytics, and master data management
