Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree, or Master's degree plus 6 years of experience
  • Typically 8+ years of related experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of products
  • EPR/MRP experience
  • Advanced cost-plus contracting experience
  • Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of subcontract management
  • Expertise in government and commercial contracting regulations and compliance, e.g., FAR/DFAR
  • Mastery of contractual and legal frameworks governing subcontracting
  • In-depth understanding of financial analysis, market trends, and strategic sourcing on a global scale
  • Leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
