About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and test software applications for space systems and technologies
- Write clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Typically 0–2 years of experience
- Basic understanding of one or more programming languages and software development principles
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship status required for active U.S. Security Clearance
- Preferred: experience in embedded systems or software development through coursework, internships, or employment
- Preferred: familiarity with Python or C++
- Preferred: understanding of Agile or Scrum/Kanban
- Preferred: strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Preferred: excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
