Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Basic understanding of Structural Analysis
  • Experience using and applying technical principles, standards, theories, and concepts
  • Ability to help develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope and complexity
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior engineers
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using engineering software tools relevant to structural analysis and design (preferred)
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices within structural engineering (preferred)
  • Demonstrated interest in aerospace technologies and structural system design (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail (preferred)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic engineering environment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Finite Element Methods (preferred)
