About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and RPA tools
  • Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable digital solutions
  • Develop and support automated workflows, bots, and intelligent process automation solutions
  • Monitor automation solutions, handle exceptions, troubleshoot issues, and perform continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems
  • Implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and related technologies
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and data visualization solutions for actionable business insights and data-driven decision-making
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and governance standards
  • Manage and support digital transformation initiatives while promoting innovation, technology adoption, and continuous process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in automation development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and RPA solutions
  • Experience building integrations between systems, APIs, and databases
  • Exposure to AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, Azure, SQL Server, and .NET technologies is a plus
