About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle billing for services provided to clients in Brazil and the PACCE region, including the issuance of tax invoices and debit notes
  • Apply contractual adjustments and ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with tax requirements
  • Manage the Services department’s intercompany invoice workflow, monitoring issuance, receipt, accounting, and payment
  • Support the preparation of the Services department’s annual budget
  • Develop and monitor management reports in ServiceMax (SVMX)
  • Collaborate with global teams to improve tools and increase process efficiency
  • Organize the formalization and management of service contracts integrated with Salesforce
  • Lead alignment meetings with service managers regarding contract performance, financial projections, and results
  • Consolidate and analyze revenue, margin, expense, productivity, and resource utilization metrics
  • Analyze operational and financial entries for the PACCE region, validating postings and integrations in corporate systems
  • Identify and implement Back Office process improvements, reducing risks and strengthening controls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Production Engineering, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer orientation and focus on service quality
  • Intermediate English proficiency preferred, with an emphasis on reading and written communication
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred
