About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and enhance digital business applications and process automations using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, RPA, and similar tools
- Propose new technologies and build proof-of-concept prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and business value
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze workflows, translate ideas into functional specifications, and propose digital and automation solutions
- Provide support for digital applications, resolve incidents, coordinate with L2 external vendors, and ensure service continuity
- Monitor application performance, usability, and availability; perform proactive checks, maintenance, and continuous improvement
- Manage access controls and access reviews and ensure compliance with IT governance, risk, and compliance requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate IT delivery projects involving external partners
- Manage the regional portfolio of digital applications, ensuring alignment with business priorities, documentation, and lifecycle governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in digital application development and support
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience with process automation such as UIPath or similar RPA tools
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and openness to exploring AI-enabled tools
- Solid business understanding and ability to convert requirements into working solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scripting, automation, and API integrations in Python and JavaScript is preferable
- Experience working in an operational (run & support) and project-based environment
- Fluency in English
