About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure including endpoints, printers, network systems, and internal servers
Set up PCs/Macs and continuously optimize the setup process
Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or patches
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Provide technical support and training for staff
Manage M365 user accounts, permissions, and access controls with emphasis on security and compliance
Manage SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and other employee access
Propose solutions and ensure security, privacy, and backup
Create automation scripts
Implement procedures and practices supporting GDPR compliance
Create and maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and procedures
Ensure adherence to IT policies, data protection regulations, and company standards
Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and new technology implementations
Communicate with suppliers, primarily regarding equipment purchasing
Maintain and enrich professional and technical knowledge
Acquire required Azure certifications provided by the company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree TEI or IEK in Informatics
Experience of at least 2-3 years in a corresponding position
Very good knowledge in operating systems (Windows/Mac/Linux) and peripherals
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services
Very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
Very good knowledge of Internet Information Services (IIS)
Very good knowledge of DNS functionality
Very good knowledge of mail service
Very good knowledge of English
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash)
Knowledge of virtualization services, mainly Azure Services such as VMs, Load Balancers, Security Groups, Application Gateways, and VPN is desirable
Knowledge of GDPR predictions is desirable
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-305, AZ-140, CompTIA Network+, or Linux+ are a plus
Ability to complete work with minimal supervision
