About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support organizational change management and strategic development for the NAVFAC account
- Develop guidance, plans, and policies defining and communicating improvements from agency reorganizations
- Partner with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data
- Maintain live data models informing leadership decision-making
- Track organizational performance
- Develop executive briefings translating key insights and performance indicators for senior leadership
- Support the Navy customer and deliver practical solutions aligned with the Navy’s mission
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, and/or change management
- Strong technical/professional writing skills, including independent research, structuring written work products, and articulating findings and recommendations
- Experience developing reports, briefings, and plans in PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders to gather information
- Experience analyzing data and building visualizations or models in Power BI
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Experience supporting meeting facilitation and scheduling
- Strong project management skills, including tracking tasks against milestones, reporting progress and status, and independently researching topics
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams, with interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Based in the National Capital Region, or willing to relocate/support in-person engagements within six months
- Active DoD Secret Clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain one
- Desired: Experience supporting DoD or Federal agencies around communications, operations, and processes
- Desired: Experience facilitating one-on-one and/or small group stakeholder meetings
- Desired: Experience with data visualization tools and software, including pivot tables and Power BI
- Desired: Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint
- Desired: Experience supporting reorganization efforts for a Federal agency
