About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the attorneys’ work
  • Contact clients to inform them about hearings, including dates, times, formats, and necessary instructions
  • Confirm in advance that clients are aware of and available to attend judicial proceedings
  • Manage and monitor the hearing schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Law, between the 4th and 7th semester
  • Must reside in Montes Claros, Minas Gerais, Brazil
  • Availability for morning and afternoon shifts, 5 hours per day
  • Basic knowledge of Civil Procedural Law
  • Familiarity with case progress and monitoring court proceedings
  • Ability to interpret basic information from cases, notices, and procedural updates
  • Proficiency in legal systems and court platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client service by phone and WhatsApp
  • Strict adherence to schedules and consistent attendance at the workstation
  • Ability to adapt to different situations, teams, and demands
  • Readiness to take action, propose proactive solutions, and assume responsibility for results
  • Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the firm’s cases
  • Ongoing interest in developing new legal skills and knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail to identify inconsistencies, review legal documents, and ensure the quality of deliverables in accordance with applicable law
