About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Obtain complete, accurate, and relevant patient data for outpatient registration
Complete patient insurance verification
Work various shifts, primarily 6a-2:30p, 6:30a-3p, and 7:30a-4p
Maintain availability for 1-2 weekdays with required weekend rotation
Pick up additional days as needed
Rotate among multiple locations

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school graduate or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge required
Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
Excellent phone and customer service experience required
Minimum 1-2 weekdays of availability
Weekend rotation required
Ability to pick up additional days
Cerner experience preferred
Previous healthcare experience preferred
Rotation to multiple locations required
